Yes, the LinkPower 1 can power the Starlink Mini while simultaneously charging itself through the USB-C port using solar panels. Plugs or unplugs on the USB-C port will not affect the continuous power supply to the Starlink Mini.
The LinkPower 1 can be equipped with magnetic strips on the bottom of its casing to secure it to a magnetic mount. This magnetic connection method is particularly suitable for placing the Starlink Mini on a car dashboard, preventing it from sliding.
