✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
- ● The product must be unused, in original condition, complete, and suitable for resale.

- ● The return must be approved by PeakDo before shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- ● The product must be shipped back according to the return instructions provided by PeakDo.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- ● The product has been used, damaged, modified, or is not in resalable condition.
- ● Missing parts, packaging, accessories, manuals, or original labels.
- ● Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
- ● Return requests submitted after 14 days from delivery.
- ● Products returned without prior approval.
- ● Products seized, refused, lost, destroyed, or not successfully delivered back due to customs, carrier issues, or shipping restrictions.
🌍 International Return Notice (Very Important)
All orders are shipped internationally from China. Please be aware that:
- ● All return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and any customs-related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- ● Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is successfully received and inspected.
- ● If the returned package is refused, held, lost, or destroyed during transit or by customs, the return will be considered incomplete and no refund will be issued.
📦 How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Order number
- Purchaser name and email
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos of the product (if requested)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
PeakDo reserves the right to reject refunds for any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is successfully received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after return approval and inspection.
The actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank processing speed.
PeakDo is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party platforms.
