Ever since we launched our initial LinkPower series, we’ve been lurking in the comments, reading your gear setups, and taking notes on what worked—and more importantly, what didn't. Two major complaints stood out loud and clear: short battery life during extended outdoor trips and the hassle of carrying separate mounting accessories.

We went back to the drawing board to build a true, all-in-one power ecosystem. Today, we’re super excited to introduce the LinkPower Pod1!

Here is why we built it and how it upgrades your setup:

1. Integrated Tripod Base 📐

No more carrying bulky third-party mounts or improvising precarious setups on rocks. The LinkPower Pod1 has a sturdy, fold-out tripod integrated right into the battery chassis. It gives you a rock-solid foundation for your gear in seconds while saving crucial space in your backpack.

2. Modular Power & TSA-Approved (12+ Hours Runtime) ✈️🔋

We wanted to solve the runtime issue without creating an oversized battery that you can't bring on a plane.

• Flight-Friendly: Single units stay under airline capacity limits so you can carry them in hand luggage without hassle.

• Stackable Modular Design: Need serious juice for an overnight trip? Simply connect two Pod1 units in series and combine them with your existing LinkPower 2/3 to enjoy over 12 hours of continuous power.

3. Open Expansion & DIY Options 🛠️

We didn't want this to be just a sealed black box. The Pod1 features dedicated expansion ports so you can mount external gear directly to it—think LED fill lights, action cameras, sensors, or secondary brackets.

While the Pod1 is a dream companion for Starlink Mini users looking for seamless off-grid connectivity, it’s not limited to satellite internet. Whether you are a wildlife photographer, a timelapse creator, or an outdoor streamer, it’s built to power your camera rigs, lighting, and field gear simultaneously.

5. Smart Bluetooth & Wi-Fi App Control 📱

Keep track of your power consumption without guessing. With built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, the official app lets you check real-time input/output wattage, monitor cell temperature, and estimate remaining battery life right from your phone.
