Refund Policy

Money-Back Guarantee:

We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase at Peakdo.com. If at any time within 14 days of receiving your order, you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return the products to us for a refund. No questions asked. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money-Back Guarantee. Also, associated shipping fees are not refundable. This guarantee only applies to orders placed on Peakdo.com.

Money-Back Guarantee excludes the following reason:

×Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

× Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

How to Return An Item:

1. Contact “info@peakdo.com”, provide order number, phone number or using signed up email address to email us.

2. Support department will issue a return shipping label and return instruction.

3. Read the instructions and print the return label. You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

1. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

2. If you paid by Paypal, refunds will be sent to the Paypal account within five business days of receipt of the returned item.
