When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

It usually takes 7-12 business days.

How will my delivery be shipped?

We will choose the most suitable logistics for you, usually Yunexpress, UPS or Amazon logistics.

What if I don't receive the product?

How Do I Cancel Or Modify My Order?

We want to get your order out as soon as possible, so in order to do this, it starts processing right away. If something is incorrect on your order or you need to cancel it, please contact us at sales3@peakdo.com within 30 minutes of placing the order and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

How Do I Return an Order?

If the product has any quality problems, you can contact us, and we will give you the return address. After receiving the goods, we will refund you within 0-2 days or resend a new set.
